A message to our community regarding COVID-19

The world is facing a difficult period regarding the coronavirus. We know that many of our member’s businesses, jobs, and projects are on the line, and our thoughts go out to every single one of you.

Our small team is taking all the steps necessary to keep our remote team, families, and community safe. And we're working hard each day to do everything we can to support businesses as much as possible. As a result of the necessary travel limits and various lockdown measures - it can be challenging marketing your locations and using our platform the way we'd designed it for you.

Some of our communities have already been very resourceful on Map Your City in finding creative ways to keep their followers updated on places all over the globe. If you're looking for some guidance, we have collected some resourceful ways to keep connected with your community in these challenging times. We certainly don’t have all the answers, so let us know if there's anything you wish to add to our list.

To help you in these difficult times we have decided to fully refund our customers for as long as COVID-19 impacts their business. There is no need to contact us, your monthly fee will be refunded for the next three months: April through June 2020.

In the meantime our team will continue to work on updates and use this time to perform maintenance earlier than planned. Our support team remains available for you at all times.
