How do I sign in to Map Your City?
Depending on the account type, there are two ways to sign in to Map Your City. Check out the section that best describes your situation.
IN THIS ARTICLE
First time sign in - after downloading the app from the store
After you have downloaded and installed the Map Your City from the Play Store or App Store:
- Open Map Your City
- You are requested to sign in with your email address
- Enter your email address and a strong password.
- Click Sign in.
- Quickly hop on over to your email: You are sent a security code to the email address you just provided to verify it's you.
- The code is valid for 15 minutes only
- Did not receive the code - or the code expired - don't worry just request to send a new one
- Enter the security code on your app screen and click verify
- You're in :)
Sign In on the Mobile App with an existing account
After you have downloaded and installed the Map Your City from the Play Store or App Store:
- Open Map Your City
- You are requested to sign in with your email address
- Tap "Already have an account"
- Log in with your email address and existing password.
- Click Sign in.
- You're in :)
Sign in to your Essentials Plan Web Dashboard
To sign in to your Web Dashboard:
- Navigate to this link: Web Dashboard Login
- Enter the email address and password associated with your Map Your City account.
- Click Login.
Common Questions
Why can I no longer log in with my Facebook credentials ?

Can I use the Web Dashboard on my mobile device?
Most certainly. It works grand on all kind of screen sizes from Desktops to iPads and Tablets. It is harder to work with on smaller phone screens.
