How do I reset my password?

Note:  When updating or choosing passwords always make sure you use a secure password, for example by using a password generator. Do not use easily used passwords or use the same passwords for multiple accounts.

To update your account password:

  1. Log in to the Map Your City mobile app
  2. Go to the Menu Page.
  3. Go to My Profile.
  4. Tap the Edit Button
  5. Update the Password field.
  6. Confirm new Password
  7. Tap Confirm Changes Update Settings.

I forgot my password:

  1. The first time you log in again tap "Already have an account? Sign in" 
  2. And next tap the Button "Forget Something?" 
  3. Provide your email you use to login on Map Your City. This is important as this is the email that is registered with us. This will send you an email with a link enabling you to reset your password.
