How do I update my email address?

To update your account email address:

  1. Log in to the Map Your City mobile app
  2. Go to the Menu Page.
  3. Go to My Profile.
  4. Tap the Edit Button
  5. Update the email address field.
  6. Tap Confirm Changes Update Settings.
Note: Are you an Owner of an Organization? You cannot update your email address from the Web Dashboard.
